Have uploaded v4 handling the failure, And changing the ArrayList to store
classes.
Regarding catching all Exception,
The Block Throws these many discrete {{IOException, NoSuchMethodException,
SecurityException,
InstantiationException, IllegalAccessException, IllegalArgumentException,
InvocationTargetException}} Exceptions, Of which IllegalArgumentException
for UnknownHost I need to propagate as is, and all others I need to handle, So
took this approach.
