Hopefully you don't mind, but I would like to rename the issue back to the 
original.

You updated the issue which is reported by me without any consensus:

 * From: Use more natural directory structure for ozone
 * To: Use Filesystem Hierarchy Standard directory structure for ozone

I think the new title says the opposite.
