[~elek] The pull request is using current reference docker.image, but it still
miss a few spots that is using elek/ozone as docker image.
HDDS-1667 will change the reference to ozone.docker.image, patch 001 makes the
image name reference to the new syntax, and remove hard coded elek/ozone.
