Here's fault inject test (with aspects and whatnot) which guarantees that OOM
will happen first thing when DataXceiver#run() is executed.
Uma, please do whatever you need with latches to achieve desired result in the
test.
Running fault injection tests is easy. Something like
{{ant -Dtestcase=TestFiDataXceiverServer run-test-hdfs-fault-inject
-Dtest.output=true}} should help.
