This patch depends on HDDS-1667 changes. This is the reason that I haven't
change status to patch available, there is no need to rebase patch. I find it
distracting to switch between pull request comments and JIRA comments, hence I
will continue to use JIRA for my main working model.

That is part of HDDS-1667 patch 006, but it looks like HDDS-1667.006 needs to
be rebased because you committed HDDS-1678.
