Thanx [~Amithsha] for the patch.
 * Pls Upload patch in following format HDFS-14546-01.patch and so on(No need 
to delete the old patch)
 * There is inconsistent line breaks before and after each Heading, Just one 
before and after should be fine.
 * For the links to JIRA, Rather than just putting the Raw Link, Can add a line 
like:
