[^HDFS-14593.005.patch] looks pretty much it.
The only sticky point is {{CachedRecordStore#loadCache()}}.
Right now, we are getting the records, getting the timestamp and overriding
them.
With the the change, we get the results, get the timestamp, overriding and then
getting the records again.
There is some weird thing with the timestamp and what we return.
[~tasanuma] can you go over on why we change the order?
I guess it is for expiring but we may have to move the timestamp too or do the
overriding differently.
