Attached v000 patch which creates a {{Dynamometer.md}} and links it into the
sidebar under the "Tools" section. I built the site using {{mvn site:stage
-DstagingDirectory=/tmp/hadoop-site}} and confirmed that it looks right. That
being said, I'm no expert on how the site compilation works, so further reviews
are very welcomed.
