Order is important:
1. first https://github.com/apache/hadoop-docker-ozone/pull/4 should be merged
2. a new tag should be created in docker-hadoop-ozone to get a new docker image
("runner-20190717-1")
3. Finally the second pull request can be merged (after adjusting the base
image)
