Can we add a quick fix to this to get this addressed? I am open to any
suggestion you might have on how to fix this, including the behavior change via
tests.
[~xyao] Can you please help with this ? it might be an issue with ACLs, and if
so I am fine with fixing the test since it works in non-secure robot tests.
