Arpit Gupta commented on HDFS-2508:
-----------------------------------
There are couple of issues
1. When no offset or length parameters are sent it does not return all blocks
for a given file.
2. When asking for the blocks for a file with multiple blocks all blocks being
returned have the same info
{code}
{"LocatedBlocks":{"fileLength":338498015,"isUnderConstruction":false,"locatedBlocks":[{"block":{"blockId":2962962696967239056,"generationStamp":2281,"numBytes":67108864},"blockToken":{"urlString":"AAAAAA"},"isCorrupt":false,"locations":[{"adminState":"NORMAL","capacity":499248103424,"dfsUsed":342556672,"hostName":"10.10.10.126","infoPort":50075,"ipcPort":50020,"lastUpdate":1319667748198,"name":"127.0.0.1:50010","networkLocation":"/default-rack","remaining":365093003264,"storageID":"DS-1643007216-10.10.10.126-50010-1319585690425","xceiverCount":1}],"startOffset":0},{"block":{"blockId":2962962696967239056,"generationStamp":2281,"numBytes":67108864},"blockToken":{"urlString":"AAAAAA"},"isCorrupt":false,"locations":[{"adminState":"NORMAL","capacity":499248103424,"dfsUsed":342556672,"hostName":"10.10.10.126","infoPort":50075,"ipcPort":50020,"lastUpdate":1319667748198,"name":"127.0.0.1:50010","networkLocation":"/default-rack","remaining":365093003264,"storageID":"DS-1643007216-10.10.10.126-50010-1319585690425","xceiverCount":1}],"startOffset":0},
{code}
