[~leosun08], you need to rename your branch patch to a correct name. Here we
need to contain the branch name, e.g. {{HDFS-14313-BRANCH_NAME.patch}}. So if
we want to patch for branch-3.0, the patch name should be
HDFS-14313-branch-3.0.v1.patch rather than HDFS-14313.branch-3.v1.patch. The
BRANCH_NAME will be detected and trigger the Jenkins for corresponding branch.
