When adding acls, using list.addAll acl's added can be duplicated. Suppose
think of case ACLÂ as below:
(USER,ozone,R,DEFAULT), (USER,ozone,W,DEFAULT).
We can merge them into a single and add to list, but if we use the default
list.addAll it will not be done. This will be fixed after HDDS-1927. Thank You
