Check failied unit test {{TestDecommissioningStatus}} and
{{TestJournalNodeRespectsBindHostKeys}}, both are passed at local,
{{TestWebHdfsTimeouts}} and {{TestDirectoryScanner}} are failed as Jenkins
report. I think it is unrelated with the patch.
[^HDFS-14725.branch-2.003.patch] fix checkstyle.
