[~starphin] I am going to commit this patch. However, the patch is named
"HDFS-14489.patch". I am making comment here so that other committers or
someone reading this patch does not get confused. The content of the patch
seems to address the issue described in the JIRA. Hence I will commit this
patch as-is, but with the right Jira ID.
Ideally, this patch should have been called "HDDS-1947.001.patch".
