The S3 test suite is disabled for s3 proxy cluster. (This is because it is
consistenly failing in Jenkins run, but I was able to run it locally. This Jira
is to figure out any changes required to enable s3 test suite on s3 proxy
cluster which is brought in HDDS-1972.
