Except whitespace errors, all other issues reported by the jenkins job are not
related to the patch. In this case, it is best to exclude the
`hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/webapps/static/bootstrap-3.4.1/css/bootstrap-editable.css`
file from whitespace checks since it is from a third party vendor.
