Thanx [~xuzq_zander] for confirming, I checked the first issue and I am able
to repro.
Something like this fixes it for me. Give a check, if it works for you or if
something better.

Second one too, seems genuine I guess we need to suppress the exception,
rather than throwing {{Default Ns not enabled}} back to the client, we should
have similar behavior wrt NN when there is no entries.
