Hi [~hemanthboyina], [~fishywang] have similar suggestions in HDFS-14756, I
found the usage of \{{startsWith()}} affects different logics independently, I
think change these logics together is not a good idea. For example, If we
introduce some bugs into one of these logics by this patch and we have to
revert the commit, we must revert all the fix together.
