Thanks [~Sushma_28]. Looking at the patch, it seems a remote host will be added
via {{cedeRemoteActive(remote, timeout)}} to the {{otherZkfcs}} twice if
everything is OK. Is this intended?
We should also update the JIRA title (and perhaps description) to make it more
precise. For instance it is no longer related to "SBN read".
