- Open: remove the use of "Range" header.
- GetDelegationToken: use ugi username if renewer parameter is null.
- SetReplication: response OK if setting replication for non-files.
- GetFileBlockLocations: Renamed GETFILEBLOCKLOCATIONS to GET_BLOCK_LOCATIONS
since it is a private unstable API.
- HdfsFileStatus: renamed isDir and len to isDirectory and Length, respectively.
