## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
* Make sure mini cluster is shutdown, even on test failure
* Adjust cluster "path" when cluster ID is changed (to avoid dangling
directories)

Ran `integration-test`, verified that no large directories are left (only
few KB due to metrics output).
