In my experience, dealing with all these buffer sizes and timeouts for
connections is not trivial.
One improvement we can do is to try to document as much as possible these
values.
Can we extend the description in hdfs-default.xml?
The idea would be for one to describe more accurately what this buffer is and
what impact would have.
