I think [~crh] already gave his official blessing.
[~tasanuma] and [~eyang] seems supportive but let's get an official +1 to make
sure we are all in the same page.
(I cannot wait for this failing unit test to go away, the flaky part is still
there but it's not as annoying and HDFS-14461 should take care of it).
