Description: We append the hdfs file unsuccessfully with the error message
because the file is under construction but no leases found。 I wonder if there
is bug with the lease manager。This hdfs file doesn't work well now, so i think
this is a serious problem in the hadoop2.7.2. Please check. (was: We append
