I ran the failed tests locally, they all passed except for
{{TestDelegationTokensWithHA#testObserverReadProxyProviderWithDT}}. But this
test fail was not due to this Jira, it was because of another recent change
HDFS-14785, which changed a log line. And this test is still looking for the
old log line. This is an issue specific to this particular test, will file a
separate Jira to fix this. Other than that, all tests passed.
