Description:
ozone s3 getSecret
ozone s3 path are not working on OM HA cluster
Because these commands do not take URI as a parameter. And for shell in HA,
passing URI is mandatory.
Below is the output when running on OM HA cluster:

$ozone s3 getsecret
Service ID or host name must not be omitted when ozone.om.service.ids is
defined.
