In a Hadoop build like "mvn package -Pnative" will copy HDFS native libs to
target/lib/native. For now it will only copy the C client
libraries(libhdfs.\{a,so}). C++ based HDFS client libraies(libhdfspp.\{a,so})
are missing there.
