{{ChunkUtils}} calls {{FileChannel#open(Path, OpenOption...)}}. Vararg array
elements are then added to a new {{HashSet}} to call {{FileChannel#open(Path,
Set<? extends OpenOption>, FileAttribute<?>...)}}. We can call the latter
directly instead.
