[~hemanthboyina] Thanks for closing HDFS-14992 and updating the patch.
+1 for 004.patch, pending jenkins.
The 004.patch will generates a checkstyle warning for the mtime variable. Looks
like the other fields also have same warnings. We should refactor them by a new
jira.
