While the descriptions in the patch are strictly accurate, I don't know that we
should be mentioning the option of using 0 for the NN HTTPS port. Doing so
would not only make it so that the user can't easily find the NN web UI, but
will also cause the 2NN to fail to checkpoint, since it won't be able to know
the port on the NN to fetch the fsimage/edits from.
