Thanks for working on this, [~hemanthboyina]. [^HDFS-15066.001.patch] almost
seems good. Some minor comments:
* It needs rebase. Could you update the patch based on the latest trunk?
* I think the three unit tests(SET,GET,UNSET) have some redundancy in
TestHttpFSServer, and also in BaseTestHttpFSWith. How about putting them
together into one unit test?
