In [doc of

the description *It provides C APIs to a subset of the HDFS APIs to manipulate
HDFS files and the filesystem.* could be more friendly when we update it to *It
provides C APIs to a subset of the HDFS APIs to manipulate HDFS compatible
files and the compatible filesystem. (Such as o3fs in Ozone)*
Surely, we should include the classpath to use it.
