Hi [~elgoiri], thanks your nice comments ! Rename
fedbalance-default.xml/fedbalance-site.xml to
hdfs-fedbalance-default.xml/hdfs-fedbalance-site.xml. The comments and
variables are also refactored to
hdfs-fedbalance-default.xml/hdfs-fedbalance-site.xml. Upload v05.
