The javadoc and findbugs warnings are unrelated to this patch. However the
TestDfsOverAvroRpc is related to this patch. Need to understand how to hook up
Avro for RPC along the same lines as protobuf. Until then I propose turning off
TestDfsOverAvroRpc.
