Attachment: HDFS-2608.patch
This patch copies the {{static}} directory from
{{hadoop-common-project/hadoop-commmon/src/webapps}} to the hdfs project
{{webapps}} build directory. After this change, building with {{mvn package
-Pdist -Dtar}} produces artifacts in which the HDFS daemons correctly expose
the {{hadoop.css}} file in the webui.
