[~ayushsaxena] Yes if FSImage depends on the ordinal, we should keep all
existing ones’ ordinal and update the comment in code since the order is not
from fast to slow any more. I don’t intend to support for breaking any FSImage
compatibility in Hadoop 3. This is a really good point. We should fix this. Not
sure if revert and recommit is better, but a follow up change is also fine to
me considering this is never released. Thanks!
Given this was omitted originally, [~wangyayun] how about some manual test with
old FSImage and new code?
