{{TestFileChecksumCompositeCrc}} extends {{TestFileChecksum}} overriding 3
methods that return a constant flag True/False.
The class is useless and it causes confusion with two different jiras, while
the main bug should be in TestFileChecksum.
The {{TestFileChecksum}} should be parameterized
