It be great to know opinions on packaging libhdfspp as a stand-alone package,

By defining/releasing as `hdfs-lib-cpp HADOOP_VERSION-PKGVER`, the versions are
bounded to the protobuf, rest of dependencies and the underlying Hadoop
protocol version.
