The testserverwebapp#.properties (with # = 1 & 2) files had capitals (in case
insensitive FSs the tests were passing).
The instrumentation test was assuming that root user belongs to admin group,
not the case in Ubuntu. Using a dummy GroupMapping class for testing now.
