We noticed a possible resource leak
[here|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/174f3a96b10a0ab0fd8aed1b0f904ca5f0c3f268/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/common/blockaliasmap/impl/TextFileRegionAliasMap.java#L370].
{{createInputStream}} might throw an {{IOException}} and if it occurs, {{i}}
remains open since the exception isn't caught locally, and there is no way for
any caller to close the FSDataInputStream that is returned by {{fs.open(file)}}
at line 371.
I'll submit a pull request to fix it.
