hi [~LiJinglun] ,Thanks for your comment. Update the package and the
configuration at the same time is a solution but it will take a long time. If
we add a switch at namenode to replace the Observer state with the Standby
state during Observer Node handle the DataNode heartbeat will solve this
problem.
