### Description of PR
DummyGroupMapping class was added as part of
[HDFS-2657](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2657) and it was only
used in TestHttpFSServer as httpfs.groups.hadoop.security.group.mapping.
However, TestHttpFSServer is no longer using DummyGroupMapping and hence, it
can be removed completely as it is not used anywhere.
