`hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode.fsdataset.impl.TestWriteToReplica.testAppend` is
related with the changes. I have pushed a
[commit](https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/4366/commits/ba7b3d4ddb5de7f4ababc9849c79d1233e55263e)
to fix it, please review it again.
