Hi [~elgoiri] , as the default value of
_*dfs.federation.router.client.allow-partial-listing*_ is {*}_true_{*}, the
hdfs client will got _*partial result*_ when one or more of the subclusters are
unavailable, but {_}*user would not be awareness of it*{_}.
I think it's better to set the default vale as false or throw a
_*PartialResultExeption*_ to hdfs client and let the client decide if partial
result is allowed. What do you think?
