Resolution: Not A Problem
The class implements FailoverProxyProvider which is already in common and does
name node specific things that resemble a Factory interface implementation. The
"Configured" in the class name could be expanded to specify that it is name
node specific. But beyond that there is not much that can be made generic about
this class.
