Hi [~zhengchenyu]. Thanks. We don't yet have this running in production. We 
still need to backport these changes before we can test them in production.
Clients sharing the state pool ID does reduce the chance of it being stale, 
however you get actual guarantees clients still need to msync. Especially 
because clients can be using different routers.
