I tried TestMetaSave only because this patch includes adding hadoop.log.dir
in hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/test/resources/log4j.properties.
The other thing is, regardless of whatever value of `hadoop.log.dir` I
provide in above log4j.properties, there is no change in the outcome of
`System.getProperty("hadoop.log.dir")`, it always prints
`${dir}/hadoop/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/target/log` location only.
