Description:
When deleting data to the Trash from a mount point, the Router should create
trash path be consistent with downstream nameservice path.

hdfs rwxrwxrwx [NsQuota: -/-, SsQuota: -/-]
hdfs dfs -rm -f /tmp_ns2/test
