The fixes of the other improvement requirements mentioned in HDFS-2830 may be
reasonably small, but it seems to me that some careful thinking maybe required
too. For example, "expose some of the HA-related metrics" could mean different
things to different individual. I've unsigned myself from HDFS-2830 but will
give more thoughts about its requirements later.
